Just ONE Thing to Open
I find opening platforms like Meta Ads to be a major drain on my brain.
I used to think all the toggles, dials, rules, and experiments were cool. Actually VERY cool. Like a laboratory.
But there are just so many platforms now.
THAT’S what’s exhausting. Logging in and out and making sense of things across ten different tools. And once I’ve figured out what’s happening, I still have to go DO something about it.
So I’ve been building a COCKPIT for Guest Getter.
Just ONE thing to open.

Putting all the numbers on a dashboard would solve part of the problem. But I want to be able to take action right there, too. Send AI off to do the work. See what it’s doing. Step in and give it direction when needed.
Say results are poor for a client.
I want the Cockpit to have done the digging before it asks for my judgment. Pull the data together. Show me what happened in a way that’s easy to understand. A chart, a drawing, whatever makes it click.
Then give me two or three excellent options for what to do next, with evidence behind them.
Let me choose one and press a button to get the work moving. I want to see it being done and find out whether it made a difference.
All from the same screen.

I think this could change how it FEELS to run the business.
My judgment being needed often means something has gone wrong. My brain goes straight to the hard conversation I might have to have with a client. Then I have to go fishing around to understand the problem.
I’d MUCH rather arrive with the research done, see something I hadn’t understood before, and make a decision I feel good about.
An enriching learning experience. I think I’d actually look forward to that.
Agent operated, human observed + tuned when necessary.
That’s what I want the Cockpit to make possible. I want to open it in the morning and understand what’s happening, what’s being done about it, and where I can be useful.
